Dauphin font

Can someone tell me how to write a full name above the letter like the example the E for Elizabeth? How do I embroider the Elizabeth?

Absolutely beautiful!! Bugenut...if you navigate to the 'buy individual designs' page and click on individual designs, the sizes do show up. The small letters are ~.35 inches by .45 inches, and the larger designs are ~4 x 4 inches.
