Okay!! I took some of the others advice and downloaded another format and it was a C, so I just converted it to .pes format. Thanks y'all!!

Those of you who are getting a "D" instead of the "C" try downloading another format - the PES is ownloading as the D - the VIP is the C. Hope this helps.

I'm getting a D instead of a C also I have a Brother machine

Folks, Even though today's (10-27-19) PES File says "C", I just opened it and it is "D", Brother & Baby Lock users can also download DST, which I just did, and "C" does come over. Thanks, Carol C.

Download is not a 'c' it's a d

Downloaded PES letter "c". Open file to find letter is "D" not "C".
