Letter H

Lupuswontwin- received a message back about the SEW format missing from the sunny H options- because there are more than 12 color changes it is unable to be formatted for the SEW format. Just grasping for straws for ideas for you, but if I were you I would save in another format then using a design program I would either combine 2 colors like changing the white dots on the bug to the darker blue and then combining the two colors. Or removing the dark brown or black totally which would be the easiest change and then when the embroidery was complete, to then add the antennae by hand stitching them in.- I had not known of the SEW formats limits of 12. So I have learned something new and hope you find a way to work around the limitation. Good Luck

Lupuswontwin- if a file is ever missing be sure to save the design in another format so if it does not get corrected in the gift time, then you still have a design you are able to get reformated- Then the next step is to contact the Moderators on Cute Embroidery and they can send Ms Veronika a message- I have sent them the message for you this time. Likely too late for Ms Veronika to have it fixed by the change over, so be sure to get another format.
