AND thank u C_survivor for responding. I download usually between 8 and 10 a.m. eastern time zone--whenever I awake and get breakfast over with then turn on computer. I have a pop up on my computer calendar so this is the first thing I do every morning. Same with their sister sites.

peafarm- The U was posted yesterday, it may have just been that Miss Veronica posts the letter and then you down load the letter close to the same time each day, which for me is between 6:30-7:30am Pacific Time. Likely you missed the letter by just a short amount of time. You generally are one of the first to post your Thank You, which is why I am saying that you likely just missed the letter U, I will also add the U to my list of letters people want to have me vote for, once the alphabet has completed. If it does not get the votes then thankfully/hopefully you can download missed letters for just $1.
